Timberline Apartments

I have been living here for only a few months. The move in process was quick and easy, my apartment was very clean upon moving in. Maintenance has always been quick to respond when putting in a work order. My only complaint (even as a pet owner) is nobody seems to pick up after their pet. It was almost impossible to walk mine in the main area due to nobody picking up after theirs.

We needed a place to live immediately, and something affordable. Kim and Rob helped us get into a place right away. We love living here . Our kids love having a playground so close and we can't wait to swim in the pools this summer ! if your looking for a place to call home . You found it!

This will be my second year living not only in Morgantown, but Timberline Apartments. I enjoy the complex and the new facility upgrades make living here even better. All of my neighbors are pleasant and I have never had an issue with them, management or staff. It is a great place to live!

Been living here for a couple months so far and don't have any complaints at this time. Moved into a cleaned unit, neighbors are quiet, the complex appears clean, and the staff are very friendly. I believe that I will enjoy the rest of my time here.

Super pet-friendly place! Very few places in Morgantown are welcoming when it comes to pets and we love our furry friends. It isn't fancy but it's an affordable and comfortable place to live.
