Insane electric bill (often $100 per person), and there should be no reason why they should differentiate between parking passes ($30 for upper lot, $20 for lower lot). On top of that, they were out of lower lot passes even though I signed my lease pretty early on. And don't even try to park in the lower lot if you have an upper lot pass, the university will ticket you in your OWN NEIGHBORHOOD for $20. It's ridiculous because half the time the lower lot isn't even full. What they should do is make a one size fit all pass and make it a first come first serve basis on whoever gets to the lower lot first. And the rent is also overpriced, for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath I paid $715, which is crazy considering I've lived in places with similar if not more space than this for a little over $600. And with this attrocious location atop Mount Everest, barely on campus, it should easily be $150 cheaper. There's a shuttle, but the service is so bad, I'm not even going to mention it. And the main entrance has been under construction for who knows how long, and it's just been a loud inconvenience. The main good things about the place are the staff who are always nice, the apartments themselves look fantastic, and for me personally, maintenance has been spot on and quick. But I can't bring myself to give it more than 2 stars with the problems I've mentioned, especially concerning the mad prices.

lived here for a year, and it was horrible. the staff are fine, but there is constant construction that they don't tell you about, the rent is so much more expensive than what you actually get, and parking is a joke. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

I lived here for a year and a half. The staff is great and maintanence crew are responsive. Only a 10 min walk to WVU downtown campus. My only issue is the study lab only open during office hours and the shuttle that runs only at nights. Somedays doesn't run at all. Other than that great place for students to live.

The shuttle barley runs.Study lounge not convenient at all. The 1 star is for the Gym and cause theres good staff. Otherwise I'd give it a zero.
