The Lofts

I have been here for 2 years now. I live in a 4 bedroom penthouse (best bang for your buck). This apartment is ginormous! So much space. The bedrooms aren’t as big as other apartment complexes but the living room, kitchen, and upstairs penthouse make up for that. The furniture, counter tops, trim, etc are of nicer quality. When it comes to maintenance, anything I have needed worked on has been resolved within 2 days (in most cases the next day after I report a problem). The staff are nice as well. There to help you with any question you have. As you can see from previous reviews the staff in the past has been an issue but within the past year the troublemakers have been removed and the current staff is great! Definitely would choose to live here again if I started all over.

I love this community because of how nice and pristine it is. It has amazing qualities like the pool, the dog park, and all the events that take place in the clubhouse. It truly is a homey environment and I would recommend it to everyone!

They automatically take your entire security deposit. Even if your apartment is spotless. Any damages are charged IN ADDITION TO taking your entire security deposit. The legality of this seems a little shady. Just another student housing complex preying on inexperienced student renters.

I really enjoy living at the Lofts. The amenities are great and the staff are always very kind and helpful!
