U Club Sunnyside

I really enjoy living at U Club! The management, staff, and maintenance are super helpful and welcoming! I run a student org and get a lot of mail, and they are always super nice about it and understanding! The amenities are wonderful, especially the pool and the gym. And I love the layout of the 4 bedroom apartment and the fact that I have my own bathroom. Being close to the downtown campus is also a bonus!

Management is very helpful when there are issues, especially when it comes time to paying rent. Amenities are nice. Having both a pool and gym on site makes things much easier than going to the rec. Rooms are pretty nice, and the furnishes that come with the units are a huge added bonus. Probably one of the best parts about living here. Units are a bit pricy, but if you can afford to live here I would recommend it no doubt.

Amazing location. Close to all the essentials a student would want. Management is helpful and friendly, responds to issues in a timely manner. With every utility included, the price you pay is a steal. The gym and pool is just an added bonus and are in great condition. Highly recommend.

Good location to live. Amenities are always nice and available. Staff is super friendly and helps you with whatever you need as soon as possible. Rent is economical. Roads are cleaned immediately during winter. Internet is fast. What more do you need?

Overall, it's a great downtown apartment building. The prices are low for the location, the view is great (on the upper floors) and the amenities are awesome. The workers here are very nice and helpful. On the downside, the internet cuts out here and there but only for a few minutes so for the price, one can deal with it.
