Excellent description of whales by the guide. Saw a fin whale and one very large blue whale, but no grey whales, which typically migrate through the Channel Islands twice each year. The waves were rough and the boat was pitching a lot, although never in any danger. They would not take the boat out if the seas were too rough. Several people were queasy and some kids were seasick. Best to take a pill before getting on the boat if you're prone to seasickness. The boat we were on (Ranger 85) had a galley and offered breakfast.

First time going out and the crew on the Pacific Islander did everything in their power to make an enjoyable and a great experience. I would highly recommend anyone booking a charter with this crew. Thanks guys

Fished on the Mirage. Amazing staff, crew and put us on the fish all day long. Highly recommend this landing.
