Went on Tuesday March 13 2018 overnight with Eldorado. Captain knows exactly what he is doing and we caught so much fish that everybody were to the limit. We could not catch anymore. Special thanks I would like to say to the crew. Boys are not fake nice, they are nice. They are literally were baby sitting us. If you fishing first time, they make you feel like you are pro :) With 25 people on we did not have to wait a second. Anything from gearing you up and getting fish from your hook to teaching a fishing strategy and jibbing methods. On the way back, when everyone went to rest they cleaned 25x20 fish for everyone and washed boat. Boat was NAVY clean. Those guys are workers. Even after 24 hours of none stop work they were just as nice and care as when we loaded boat. Make sure you leave good tip. I would say this boat Eldorado is a role model for fishing trips like that. The only draw back is price of beer on board. If you like to drink lots of beer better have enough cash with you LOL. But California is expensive anyway. It feels like everything built out of gold in California. :)

Its a good spot.. To go fish locally and to Catalina 20 pound floro leader is a must if you want to catch tons of fish atleast 10 ft leader of 20 lb floro i put 25 ft on top of 50 lb braid or spectra i catch my limit biggest fish is a 30 lb yellowtail on this set up

Long beach sports fishing has all your fishing needs including a growing tackle shop to get you bit! The over night boat The Eldorado is a first class vessel . You wont find a classier vessel in L.A

Fishing was great! The location seems to be easy to find. The office is located on the backside of the building near the docks. It may appear closed in the front but they should be open in the back.
