In May we bought a portable scanner on-line that did not work. We spoke with Bruce owner of Electronics super store, who told us to bring it in. He tried every possible way to program it, but to no avail. We ended up buying another from him, which he helped program, gave us a power outlet so we could run it without batteries. We took it home and more problems again. We took it back in, he replaced it and again spent time making certain everything worked correctly. He went above a beyond what we expected and on a day that the store was not even open for business. Kudos, to you Bruce.

I am a first time gun buyer, and I went in with my brother today. The staff was great. Patient and understanding. We had a lot of laughs and they made the buying process smooth and easy. Great people, very friendly and inviting. I highly recommend you. Thank you for everything. A.
