Today we bought a washer, dryer, and stove for our new place. They had them in stock, and delivery and installation is in just two days. The sales associate, Casey, was terrific! My wife had looked online before we went to the store, and she had picked out the stove she wanted. But Casey showed us one with all the features for a hundred dollars less, and explained the differences. We ended up going with his recommendation. There was no high pressure selling at all. Good selection, good prices, good salesperson. Great experience all around.

Mark and his team were amazing. We bought a new washer and dryer for a brand new built home. There were challenges no fault of theirs, and they overcame them, each and got,us all set up. In fact, he needed some parts. If was after hours, but he went back to the shop, got the parts, and came back. Courteous, helpful and fun. I highly recommend these guys

Mark with Sears came out to look at our washer that wasn't working and recently delivered. It took him 5 min and it was all good. He was fast, friendly and easy to talk too. Thanks again Mark and sorry for my late review!

Bought washer online we have always bought all our appliances at Sears. No More. Washer was delivered damaged, I would not accept. They made no effort to help me. I had to go online cancel order. Refund will take about 10 days. I could buy another from Lincoln city store. For more money. Matt would not work with me on anything. To match the price. His comment that I should have came there first, was insulting. They don't have customer service skills. Called Robys in Tillamook and told them all issues I was having. My washer will be delivered today. I will tell everyone I know not to buy anything from Sears. No one wanted to work with online people. Delivery people were going to call but it was to difficult, never happened..I really still am in shock about this. If this keeps up privately owned Sears will be out of business too. People are not stupid.
