omg  called looking for a power supply for a zenbook, guy who answered said they had a universal power supply for all "lab tops". I asked him if it had a 4mm plug he said he didn't know. I asked if he could look at the packaging and see if it said it had a 4mm plug. He said No all "lab tops" are different just bring it in and we will see if any of the plugs fit.

These people are super un-knowledgeable. The only reason they are still in business is because they are the only ones in town. Please someone come along and open a good electronic store and put these idiots under!
