Sears Hometown Store

Rick is amazing! Not only did he help me figure out exactly what would work for Me but he is also honest. The dryer that matched the washer I bought was backed up in the warehouse, after waiting two weeks they refunded my delivery charge. I picked put a new set and they made a Monday delivery for me,instead of the usual wednesday, because I had waited already for the first set. They are knowledgeable and willing to help. They have my repeat business, just went back yesterday for a lawn mower and will be getting my dishwasher there soon as well.

Prices were lower than other stores, however I just wasn't impressed with the owner. It's personal.

Great customer service! Very helpful and friendly. They were willing to step up and help when service department was not receptive to follow through.

I have purchased many large appliances over the past 10 years and have found this store to be great in pricing, service ans knowledge of their products. They dont have a huge selection because the are a hometown store. But they have always gotten what I wanted within 2 days. Very polite ownership, management and staff. Highly recommended. Keep your money with local ownership. Oh, and I appreciate a store that asks parents to keep their children in line. Thank you.
