What an outstanding customer service! Ms Beverly was the greatest agent. She was so quick to get me the van i needed to move some furniture that I felt special. I was a great experience. The price was great too. Thanks

I rented a 12 Passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for 3 days to travel to Niagara Falls and it was very comfortable and good priced, but they told in advance that if the vehicle is dirty they will charge $75 so we cleaned up the whole vehicle to avoid paying $75 . But when I returned the vehicle they somehow said its dirty and charged $75. And a person returning before me somehow also paid clean up fee he paid $150.

I had a trip planned over the holidays and my little car simply wasn't large enough to accommodate everyone so I rented a larger vehicle with Empire. Their prices were really reasonable compared to all the multi-national chains and while it took awhile to hammer out some of the details, Beverly was super helpful and when we had some problems on the road, Ian was very accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that everything work out for us, which is unlike most companies. We'll definitely rent from them again.

Must say that I frequently rental vans for my friends and family gathering and this company has been the best yet so far. Friendly, willing to accommodate you for your trip, and very professional. The price was great. The van was clean and well taken care of. Beverly was the best. Thank you for making our trip possible!!!! Already planning out next trip
