The person helping me was helpful and got me in a car quickly. The only problem I had was with Enterprise's way of charging for rentals. When I picked up the car, I was lead to believe that if I returned the car before 1 P.M. on Saturday, I wouldn't be charged for the day. Therefore, I returned the car at around 11 A.M. I then saw that I was charged for that whole day. I was informed that I was on a "calendar day" plan and that's why I paid for the full day even though I returned the car early. I don't think this is a fair way of doing business. Had I known I would've been charged for the full day, I would've made arrangements to return the car the previous night. However, like I said, I was under the impression that I wouldn't be charged for the day since I was returning it early. I think the policy needs to be made clearer to customers.

The employees are nice with great customer service. FYI, you can’t rent a car with a prepaid card. Rules have changed for good reason I’m assuming. No need to curse out these gals and guys that work here. They didn’t make the rules. I have not had one bad experience with Enterprise or the staff. Awesome crew!

I've dealt with the Enterprise in Ozone Park numerous times over the last few years, and they have been one of the best that I have ever dealt with, everyone working here deserves recognition. For such a small branch, the employees do everything in their power to ensure their customers are completely satisfied and try to help them as quickly as possible. The team effort they all put into their work is something other businesses need to follow. I've rented vehicles for vacation in the past, but my most recent visit is what made me leave my review. I had to rent two vehicles for a wedding and they were all amazing! They made sure that everything with each vehicle was perfect, got me the exact vehicles that I wanted, and worked with me and my schedule around pick up and drop off. To Mark, Gina, Adam, Raven and the whole Enterprise team at the Ozone Park branch: Thank you SO MUCH for everything that you did for me! I truly appreciate how much you guys care about your customers and ensuring that we are 100% satisfied. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to rent a car in the future.

Policies suck for out of state residents. Inconsistency with information between staff, the right hand is unaware of what the left hand is doing or has done. And valued customer? A joke👎🏿👎🏿
