Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service at this location is among the best that I have ever experienced. We walked in last minute in route to a graduation ceremony in Maryland. Unable to get a car one way anywhere else the staff worked until they had a solution for us. Since I have started using Enterprise again, the customer service skills have gone up. Everyone seemed very polite and eager to satisfy your needs. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Enterprise is my one and only stop for car rentals.

Really, really friendly staff! They aim to please, keep you happy. I'll advise you to reserve online or call in advance. Sometimes when you just pop-up for a rental, they don't have any cars. Especially if it's around holidays. Also once you reserve a vehicle, if when you get there if it's not available, they will give you a free upgrade. At least it happened to me on more than one occasion. but I'm a long time customer so really no complaints. The cars have been dirty though. Inside and out. At one point, they use to make sure it was cleaned, washed before they gave it to you. But overall you will be well taken care of. But remember to reserve in advance. You can get the enterprise app on your phone and do everything on it. Really easy

Employees are great, very accommodating & friendly. The last 2 cars were not very clean.i had to clean the windshield inside & out before our trip. Also, interior ranked of cigarettes, even though not supposed to smoke in them. I know there is an awards program, but I feel they if you rent 2 or more times a month, some sort of discount should apply.

i must say, I was impressed with the Crater road. Petersburg branch. The attention and customer service provided by Joy was phenomenal I definitely will rent again from this branch!
