Budget Car Rental

Really? Charged me twice $200 for "warranty", reversed only 1 time $200 but not the second one? really? and charged me an extra $78 after charged me $63.62 for what? only explanation is call your bank?! what a great service, taking money on your account without be able to explain the 2 extra charges?Because it's the weekend? so finally to rent a car for a day, they charged me more than $500? and only reimburse $200 when I bring back the car? Gonna complain to the bank, and will never never never use this company again!

The Customer Service that I received was exceptional. The representatives were courteous, helpful and professional. They answered each question I had thoroughly. I also appreciated that the vehicle I rented was clean and it was a good fit for my family and myself. It was a pleasurable trip due to the comfortable vehicle we were provided with. All requests I made in regard to my vehicle were met. I look forward to renting from Budget frequently in the future. Also, the cost to rent the vehicle was competitive in the rental market.

This was my first experience at this particular location, and it was wonderful! The counter clerk was professional and very courteous. Upon checking in, the process was quick and smooth. The vehicle I rented was adequate for our need, and came highly recommended without any kind of pressure from the counter clerk. I used this location because my normal location didn't have any vehicles to rent. I think I may use this location more often now!
