The sales person was extremely polite and seem to show each customer the special attention for there business. They made you feel like you were really appreciated as a customer and that wanted to make sure you understood that, you were special to them and they really wanted to serve your every need. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone and I will be using them again for  
sure !

This was my first car rental experience and it couldn't have been better.  Very kind and helpful staff at the Staunton, Greenville Ave. location. I would definitely rent from them again.

If i coukd give them a 0 star rating i would! Jake with them in staunton was rude and hateful! We will never rent from them again. Wanted to argue with me and everything. Sorry buddy but your customer service sucks.. i was be reporting them in. I have a recorded phone call and everything with him and he was very hateful about EVERYTHING. im telling everyone i know to never go threw them lr rent a car threw them.. jake should never be a manager he does not have mangement skills!.

The guys at Staunton's Enterprise Rent-A-Car were so helpful, kind and friendly! After getting stranded up North, I called to extend my reservation and they were so understanding. I'll definitely use their service again!
