Enterprise Rent-A-Car

On behalf of Radford Senior Center, we would like to thank Enterprise for their great service in The New River Valley. Your services help many senior citizens get out of the house and become social with others through scheduled passenger van trips. Thanks for all you do!

After having to get a rental while my car was being repaired, my first time renting experience was so-so. I was told by my insurance company that I would have a compact SUV reserved for me when I arrived, however upon arrival I was told by enterprise that they did not have any compact SUV's available and my only options were a large SUV or a mini van. After asking if there was anything smaller available I was told that there was nothing else available for me. Out of curiosity I proceeded to ask the employee how the whole process works since I am under 25 years old, I did not get an answer to that question just a "oh you're not 25??, in that case we can't allow you to rent a large SUV." After several minutes of the employee trying to get me to take a mini van, he then tells me that they do have a truck available for me if I would rather have that. To make a long story short the whole process just seemed very unorganized, however the employee did make it right by finally offering me something other than a mini van. The truck was very nice, my only complaint is that when I got it it smelled like someone had been smoking quite a bit in it. I ended up getting my own air freshener to put in it while I had it.

No problem reserving a car. Even got the color of car my wife suggested. Clean vehicles; late models (unlike clunkers found in some other car rental agencies). The staff is super nice too. Friendly and professional. The rates are affordable too. Can't beat that with a stick. Tell them Nino sent you.
