Good prices! Their cars are not as clean as Enterprise's, and the customer service not as excellent, but Budget is great because of lower prices

Not going to say bad customer service, i would say lack of knowledge. i did my reservation through Hotwire, got to counter . he charged me almost 45 dollars on the top of from the original number. basically he charged me for insurance without even asking me if i wanna or not. i would recommended the place but i would say take your time, double check what you get charged for in details.

Horrible customer service! Did i just call juarez mexico during the height of the cartel wars?? Or was this Budget? More like low budget with a big PERIOD on the tail end... Very rude and very difficult to do business with. I only gave 1 star because you have to in order to leave a review otherwise is would be no stars.

The Budget representative was very thorough with the explanation of my rental agreement, friendly, and quick! The experience was about as perfect as it could have been! Well Done!
