Fantastic service at this location. They were very flexible when I was running a little late to pick up my car, and the associates were so friendly and helpful. The one who set me up with my rental walked me through all the features (I had never driven a hybrid before) without lecturing or acting condescending, which is definitely not always the case. I would absolutely recommending renting here and will be going back myself the next time I need a car.

They regularly upgrade me for free. They're always friendly and courteous. They never charge me for another day if I'm a little late. Never had any problems renting from them.

Normally I've had positive experiences at this branch, but the last time was disappointing. The vehicle I reserved (a Suburban) was double booked for the day I came to pick it up, and they couldn't tell me when it would be returned. I had a group of students to take to a college info session and tour over an hour away, and then to Atlanta that night, so I couldn't just wait indefinitely. They offered to give me a 15-passenger van, but we specifically booked the Suburban because there were 8 in our group and my organization doesn't allow us to transport children in 15-passenger vans. I inquired about a 12-passenger van and they had one, so they cleaned it up and rented it to us for the price of the Suburban with free insurance, but it set us back 45 minutes. Fortunately we arrived just as the tour was starting, and the school offered to give us a makeup information session after that. The van met our needs and it just barely fit into most of the parking garages in Atlanta. We returned it early and they didn't charge us for the entire length of the rental, so that was nice. Overall it was disappointing to be put in that position but they were nice about it and did their best to make it right.

I went to check on the 50 dollars they owe for the gas I put in the Nissan frontier Shave thin blonde haired dude gave me an attitude. Was very rude didn't even say a word to me spun the computer screen. All in this place is a great to get a rental vehicle. But that dude very rude

Can be a very busy place and sometimes not much of a selection even if you have reserved a car you may end up with a truck. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. Cars are clean except for the inside glass which usually has a film on it which can be blinding driving into the sun. I have learned to carry towels and glass cleaner to clean the inside glass and outside mirrors. Cars may not always be full of gas which means you have to fill them up if you are going on a long trip. A little more work on the details and I could give them 5 stars. UPDATE: Have rented several times since review-rating stays the same. A little more work on the details is needed as mentioned before. Had to return one car before I left the lot-brakes were making a bad noise-no problem they swapped me out with another-only lost some time. Inside windows still a mess. Service is great otherwise.
