The young man that I dealt with and getting my car in being picked up and dropped off with extremely polite and nice there should be more people like him He made my transaction easy and I know if I have to run another car it will be through that enterprise expressione if I deal with him I don't remember his name but he and a young woman in the office were very pleasant

Got upgraded to the next size simply because that is all that they had left. They had a good amount of options and are really helpful towards service members. Turning in the car and picking it up also we're two very quick processes. I will be renting from here in the future!

The young lady who took care of us was extremely professional and helpful! When I needed an upgrade beyond what I reserved she was quick to help us out. Will continue to use this location for my rental car needs.

Very interesting to say the least.  Leigh Ann was not very helpful at all in getting a vehicle.  Not a very helpful branch.  I also spoke with the assistant manager and received the same service.
