I could spend hours in here... One of the best local shops in Moscow & Pullman. All of their minerals, gemstones and jewelry pieces are so unique. Their prices are very fair; they've sized my rings, bracelets and even made a necklace pendant for me. If you find something you like but want to change it, they do custom orders as well!

A quiet shop with a unique and beautiful selection of crystals and gemstones. The staff was very helpful and friendly and had great suggestions when helping me find something. They definitely have a lifelong customer from me.

I worked with an incredibly talented jewelry designer at Gem State who designed a one-of-a-kind engagement ring for me. She listened carefully to my ideas, looked at pictures I brought in, and talked me through the process of designing the ring. I trusted her with the diamonds I provided that were very sentimental and important to my family. She created a beautiful ring that looks exactly like the one I dreamed about and she turned my ideas into reality. On top of that, she did all this careful, skillful work at a very fair price. I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Gem State and would recommend them to anyone looking for a unique and customer-tailored experience, whether you're buying something from their exotic in-shop selection or having something designed by hand. This shop is a Gem!
