I had a problem with my Washer not spinning the water out. I sent in a request over the weekend asking for an appointment on Friday. They called me on Tuesday and said they had a cancellation and wanted to know if they could come on Tuesday. I was thrilled. The technician, Jordan came out, checked the washer, and explained to me what was wrong with the washer. He ordered the part and repaired the washer on Thursday. He cleaned up the area where he worked and was very professional. Thank you very much.

DO NOT USE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! We had a technician from Jerry's out to look at our Samsung refrigerator on Tuesday May 22nd. In doing so, the technician suggested that the parts and labor to repair the fridge would be cost prohibitive and the money would be better spent on replacing the unit. We were then charged $79.95 for the Service Trip (no problem, we knew that up front) and at the time did not have an issue with his assessment.
On Wednesday morning (the 23rd) we woke up to find one of the drawers in the fridge full of water, which had never happened previously. While in the past we have had some water collect under the drawer, it was a very small amount and would take months to get to the point where it would be noticeable and need to be cleaned up. Following their visit (yesterday) water is now collecting inside the drawer and is at the point it is re-filling the drawer every few hours and needs to be cleaned up constantly (it was cleaned out this morning and was full again by lunch time).
I then called Jerry's Appliance to see if they could come back out and take a look at what had changed - obviously something that their Technician adjusted has caused the water to collect much quicker. In doing so, I spoke with Terry York in Customer Service. Terry informed me that they would have to charge us again the $79.95 to come back out - which is absolutely ridiculous, why would I pay for them to come back out and fix an issue they caused. I then asked for a refund of the original $79.95 charge, and was told no, he wouldn't do that. Following that exchange, I asked to speak with his supervisor and he refused to allow me to speak with anyone else, stating that the 'buck stopped with him'.
I honestly have never seen such poor customer service, it seems they have a lot to learn about how to treat customers.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service that I received from Jerry’s Indy North technician, Devon. He replaced a recalled part on my dishwasher. He was on time, very professional, respectful of my property, and committed to doing the job right. Based upon this experience, I certainly would recommend and/or use Jerry’s Appliance Service again in the future.
Additionally, I found Jerry's technician tracking software extremely helpful in managing my schedule the day of my service call.

My Electrolux induction range went down. Jerry’s diagnosed and repaired quickly. The technicians Tyler M and Steve were great! I would highly recommend them.

This couple of months old dryer is broken for WEEKS. You are dragging your feet , don't have appointments time. You show up but don't have parts. You order it. Another week fly by. It arrives.
you still don't have time to fix it.
This is not a warranty service this is a useless excuse for one.
I will never use you again, and I will never buy Whirlpool product again because you are their warrenty service provider in the area.
You should be very ashamed for your performance.
