I would like to take this opportunity to thank Bob (the owner), and share to others what I have experienced with (Lafayette Appliance Repair) and exactly what the meaning of true quality workmanship as well as a positive Business review truly means. "It's definitely hard nowadays to find a good business that really cares about their customers! Bob took the time to answer all the questions I had for him during his diagnosis of my dryer! He is not only an honest ethical business man, I believe his number one objective is helping people, and treating them the way that a person should be treated, "which is with the upmost respect as he did me." The people I know that has used his service before, has had nothing but great things to say about Bob and his company / business! I will and always will have nothing but positive things to say if ever anyone is looking for a referral for a great service repairman amongst other work ethics involved that has to do with appliances! Fast response time. Extremely courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. Provided helpful tips for appliance care and upkeep. He could have charged me for all kinds of missing hardware but he didn't. After getting my 13 yr old fridge running again, he spotted some missing screws and clips from a shoddy previous repair and just replaced them because he wanted to. Wow! My first impression: an honest, knowledgeable business owner. Will definitely use again. Highest recommendation. He also offers dryer vent cleaning service. I plan to call back and book that soon.

Bob was reliable, quick and great to work with. After my repair, Bob personally got a hold of me to follow up and make sure everything was working as it should. Highly suggest his services!

Excellent service! Bob installed a new washer and dryer. Also replaced a dryer vent in addition to cleaning out the vent. Definitely found our appliance repair guy!
