Sears Appliance Repair

Sunrise to Sunset Appliance Repair (Chicago, IL) came out and serviced my appliances, the technicians were wonderful and taught me a few things about my appliances. I will definitely call them for follow ups. I hope Sears keeps a contract with this company. Thank you Mark and Greg, you both were awesome!

From the time the door was opened for this repairman until he exited he was very professional, helpful and respectful. He was very knowledgeable in handling the refrigerator problem. I was given detailed information about how the problem would be resolved, with approximately a time frame. It would be wonderful if more repair persons displayed similar behaviors. He earned 5 stars.

My freezer was "repaired" in March. By June, it stopped working. I had to dump so much food I was almost in tears. The second repair crew came in July to fix again. I watched closely as they replaced the very same parts as before. I called afterwards to complain about my loss of food. They said my plan didn't cover "food loss." I told them I was only given one plan option. They could do nothing for me.

Made an appointment for winter maintenance of furnace. Nicole, the technician came promptly at 8:00 am. Checked and cleaned furnace. She is professional and also personable. Have used Sears for repair/maintenance of my washer/dryer, water heater and furnace. Thank you Sears!

nice , friendly, I really liked the man that came out . He explained what he was doing and was very thoughtful obout cleaning up after himself
