Bass Appliance Parts & Repair Service

I experienced the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced when I called Bass Appliance in Kokomo this morning. My family has purchased parts and appliances from this company for years, but will NEVER do so again. My washing machine stopped working on New Year's Day and it turns out we need a new drain pump. I called Bass Appliance and was told they could not service my machine until 1/11/18. Having 4 children and a husband for whom I need to do laundry, I really need my machine repaired ASAP. When I asked the woman if she would provide me with the part number for the pump I need, she refused. If they are unable to provide the service for the repair, it would have been EXTREMELY helpful if she would have just provided me with the part number. I explained how my family had done so much business with them over the years and how unhappy I was with the service and she told me to call someone else. Yes! I will call someone else and we will NEVER call Bass Appliance again and will share this awful experience with ALL of my friends and family.

Bass Appliance was unable to get us on the schedule for a service call for several days to repair our washer. When we asked if they would provide the part number for the part we needed so I could try to repair on my own, we were told to go somewhere else. The absolute WORST customer service we have EVER experienced.

One of the last local block and mortar stores that always has the part you need! I have been using Bass for many years. They have saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars with their knowledge and parts service. Thank you Bass Appliance! I always recommend you to anybody I can!
