Anderson's Appliance Repair

We needed our fridge repaired; it recently had begun leaking, and additionally, our water never dispensed since we had moved in. We assume that the fridge is 10-12 years old. We wanted a very easy and cost effective repair, or we were going to buy a new fridge. I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Our service technician, Bill, called before he arrived and arrived well within the requested time window. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He provided us with two options for repair and what it would cost for each. Both were very reasonable, and even though I was kind of hoping I’d soon be fridge shopping 😉, I’m so relieved that our current fridge will last a bit longer. We were very pleased with our experience, making Anderson’s an easy choice for us in the future.

Called for repair of dishwasher and dryer vent cleaning. The dryer vent cleaning was reasonable but the dishwasher repair was almost half the price of a new dishwasher so we declined. We were still charged $91 for the diagnosis of the dishwasher even though we knew what was wrong before they came out. I think $91 for a diagnosis that took about twenty minutes was excessive.

I was glad they were open at 7 am and were able to come and look at my refrigerator by 10 am. unfortunately we had to put the fridge down, but he did recommend Maruszczak Appliance.

Prompt and courteous service call for refrigerator. Quickly diagnosed the problem, unfortunately we decided to replace rather than repair. Would definitely recommend this company.
