I called Mr. Appliance as they were listed as one of the factory service companies for a refrigerator that I recently purchased for one of my rentals. The 3 star rating is due to poor communication.
The customer service agent had dispatched the technician to a different address. Luckily I caught this and called their office to correct before the technician got too far.
Upon arrival, he diagnosed the issue and scheduled with the tenant to come back. When he returned, he found additional problems and deemed the refrigerator to be unrepairable. Frustrating, but I understand that this is outside of their control.
I was disappointed by the that the neither the technician nor their office contacted me at any point to let me know what was going on. They gave my tenant a reference number and told him that someone would be in touch.
Fast forward two weeks -- that's when the tenant contacted me because nothing had been resolved. I assumed that the issue was handled as I had not heard anything from Mr. Appliance.
Turns out that we had to contact Frigidaire and return the unit to Lowe's where it was purchased. Once I had this information, I was able to get my tenant a replacement unit the very next day. I know the challenges involved in running a service company... A simple phone call or e-mail would have resolved this issue and resulted in a 5 star review.

Jim was courteous, professional, and friendly. He arrived on time and communicated clearly. I understood the fee and there were no subsequent surprises. He quickly identified the problem, fixed the dryer with no fuss, kept the area neat and clean, and was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully my other appliances will hold out for awhile, but I would not hesitate to call on Jim and Mr. Appliance again.

My Christmas cookie baking weekend was saved by Mr. Appliance!! After my home warranty company let me down, I contacted Mr. Appliance this past Friday around noon and they were able to fit me in withing a couple of hours to fix the issue with my stove. The tech was courteous, professional, and considerate. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again - you saved the day!!

These guys are awesome. Had my washer on the fritz and they diagnosed it over the phone so I didn't have to pay the $99 service fee and I couldn't be more appreciative.

We've used these guys twice, and we're very satisfied both times. Very friendly, clean, on time. They tell u what's defective and price before they fix it, which I like!
