MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration

They have a great system here in Maryland for the MVA. I really applaud Maryland, Ive seen other states and they are nowhere near our simplicity on these things. I cant believe how simply they do this. And they have the sweet lady in such a calm voice whisper letter number combos, while people sit more patiently than Ive ever seen in my life. How did Maryland get this so right? And this particular MVA is good. Ive been to Salisbury, & Glen Burnie MVA. Salisbury feels larger. The waits about the same in all of them. In my case, in and out in about 30 min-1 hour total for my drivers license renewal.

I am not a fan of DMV’s but I had to write this review because I was so shocked on how fast my service was and how friendly and amazing customer service was. It was not packed at all quick in and out for me. I had a very pleasant experience. Honestly this is the best dmv I ever been to in my life. I went in for an address change on my license.

Having moved to Maryland from another state I have to give kudos to the Elkton MVA staff for their professionalism and businesslike manner. The staff while never over friendly in all occasions have treated me courteously and with prompt service....thank you

Took grandson to get driving permit he got the test and permit done in less than 30 minutes. Very easy to work with.
