MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration

An organized MVA with a good system of taking care of customers concerns. The place is clean, orderly, with zero drama. The only problem is when there is a lot of people waiting in line at info desk. That's the only line to get a number. You have to wait irregardless of this desk, and so it's just a matter of waiting They typically have 5-10 agents at the counter to help with various issues. I think 5 stars because it's a lot more organized and simple than other states. I've been to 3 other MVAs in Maryland and both others seem to be busier than this MVA

Sat here over an hour, wile waiting a young lady comes in the door and a fellow that is working slot 16 ask her number and let's her jump the line.. completely no unprofessional

I have never had a good experience at ANY MVA until today! I had a TWIC card appointment and Carla was my representative. She was friendly, efficient, fast and professional. It was a painless and pleasant experience due to her excellent customer service. Thanks Carla!

The lady at the desk was very rude. If people didn't want to do the job they shouldn't apply for it.

Horrible customer service. I had all the required paperwork and it still took 2.5 hours to get a MD license
