Motel 6 Charlotte NC

Stayed here for a last minute, one night stay while passing through town. Check in was okay.. the rate was was cheap, no deposit, and check in was quick. The only good thing good about the room was that bed was king size and comfortable. HOWEVER, the room was dirty and disgusting. The only comfortable thing was the bed. The sheets and pillows were clean but the bed skirt had stains that resembled coffee; hopefully it was coffee. We checked for bed bugs which thankfully there was none. The bathroom was disgusting, mildew, not clean, and the toilet was extremely loud when flushed. Deep cracks in the walls full of caked up dirt. The pictures show more than I can tell. The feel of the room was overall uncomfortable. The remote didn’t even work. The only “safe” place seemed to be the bed. The pictures will show just what I mean. The rooms just need a very bad cleaning and remodel. It just FELT dirty. I wouldn’t stay at this location again. The outside of the motel was slightly dirty, many cigarette butts were seen outside of our walkway.

DONT DO IT. I already have an email in to your comments department about your hotel. We did not even stay there because it was so unsanitary. Completely filthy. Blood stains on sheets. Burn holes in sheets. Pubes all over bathroom. Food splattered on walls. Gross things stuck to the floor. Just unbelievable.

I was very disappointed.I had booked a room day before, my room wasn't even ready. I had to wait close to an hour. It was a disable room. The bed and desk had no real walk path. (2118), even i had a wheel chair I would not be able to squeeze in. The room was dirty like. very run down like. The door wasn't even close probably. The cover wasn't even smelled washed. The lamp shades were bent and such. Floor was very sticky. I was very disappointed. I spent another room (another motel that wasn't motel 6) in Raleigh that was about same price and it was beyond expectations. I had same experience in Tennessee. I noticed the upgrade in your motel. But i suggest better housekeeping, more handicapped accessible in room, room be ready when already booked. Have microwave and fridge. Staff was since but seem overworked. Price was good but same for other competitors and they rooms were way better.

Room was alright, plenty of space and air conditioning, but bathroom could use some improvement. No microwave or fridge. Sketchy people stay/live at this motel. Lock your cars and for women don't go out alone at night. My boyfriend was approached by one of these people and I didn't feel %100 comfortable even with him with me. Like I said the room was fine for the most part but I highly suggest finding a motel in a better area.

Blankets had burn holes all through them.Boxsprings were very dirty,blankets and lampshades were stained. Sink leaked doors were all chewed up at bottoms hair pretty much on everything in bathroom. Had two towels for 4 adults asked for more and they only had hand towels.Witnessed an argument as soon as I checked in between guest and office worker. Only pluses were comfortable beds and a.c. worked good.
