Scott was the perfect salesman and store manager. not typical furniture store experience, not pushy, did not follow me around but was available when I was ready for information. No haggling on price, I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen the first time. Highly recommend and love the dining set that I purchased!

Great prices, selection and service. Scott McCarthy was very helpful in making my decision for a new sofa and getting the most for my money. The sofa was delivered exactly as I ordered and when expected. So when I needed a sleeper sofa and a dinette set recently, I went back to Pilgrim Furniture and asked for Scott. He helped me through the whole process, made sure I got the best deal and made sure my order was correct. He even recommended a delivery service that would pick up my old couch and dinette at the same time. My new furniture was ready exactly when they said it would be and was delivered today. The delivery team was courteous, professional, neat and set everything up in no time. Will always go back to Pilgrim Furniture and Scott McC whenever I need furniture.

We had never done business with Pilgrim Furniture before and found the staff to be extremely helpful in a no pressure atmosphere. We worked with the store Manager and was completely satisfied with service and his helpful input. Furniture arrived yesterday and the delivery team was exceptional as well. Pilgrim is now our "GoTo" store for home furnishings.

I would like to give kudos to Scott M. & Miranda S. at the Danbury, CT Pilgrim Furniture City location. We had purchased our sectional sofa almost two years ago. There was an issue that needed attention. Both Scott and Miranda addressed our concern and along with the quality control Woman at corporate, (whose name I can't remember), resolved our problem with no hesitation. While the sofa was out of manufacturers warranty, they treated us like people that mattered to them, not like a technicality to be blown off. I applaud Pilgrim Furniture City for giving their staff the latitude to satisfy a client. No micromanagement there! I had already brought a family member to Pilgrim and she placed an order for a sectional sofa as well. What Pilgrim gets in return for their investment in "doing right" by their clients is good business. It's a win, win situation. Hats off to Pilgrim Furniture City! Thanks again Scott & Miranda! Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable. Prices could be a bit lower, and have option for customer pickup to avoid shipping cost.
