I went to buy a split king adjustable bed . Kelly and manager, Mike, made my shopping experience a pleasurable one! Knowledgeable, patient- let me try almost every mattress. Explained about the different bases and mattresses-many different brands. They helped me choose the best set for me and my situation. I feel great about my rather large purchase; it was the best choice for me. Bed will arrive soon and I can't wait to try it! Ended up buying tempur-pedic set.

I love buying things online, but when it comes to furniture I like to see what I'm going to get. I can't do the guessing game I need to sit on the couch to commit, and their delivery system is the best.

I am shocked at these reviews and all I can say is they stepped up their game. I was NEVER pressured. I visited multiple times and saw multiple sales people and they offered a kind greeting and allowed me to myself but were available when I needed them. I had delay after delay after delay with the closing of my condo and had already purchased a table but no home to put it in. Each time I called they extended the agreed time they would hold it. I am on my third extension. Not only did they extend it, they did it happily and kindly. As for the furniture, for the money, it is a nice fit in the middle. Well made and fairly priced. You get what you pay for and I think the value in their inventory is great.
