Matt Linnell, a sales associate with Raymour and Flanigan, went above and beyond the call of true customer service, when working with me, past and present. His approach is genuine and his work ethic in regards to follow up and working outside the box felt “old school”, in a very good way. He offered many options and also demonstrated great patience (a trait not often found in the sales profession) that made me feel unrushed in my decision process that gave me confidence that I was making the right purchases for myself. 5 stars all the way Matt and R&F!

Darren Garland is the best salesman! He listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions and he got us everything we needed to fill our first home! Couldn't have had a better experience with him, he is one of the best- give him a raise!!!

So happy with the top notch service I received tonight! I walked in overwhelmed and planned on shopping around at several different stores before making a decision. However, the salesman Anthony Fasciglione was so knowledgeable and personable I decided to purchase right then and there. Not only were the prices competitive but Anthony made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Great experience.

I'm not fond of sales people in general, But Steve Friedmann is a Kind and Wonderful Sales Man with A Wonderful disposition and great attitude. I brought my 2 grown (pain in the neck) son's with me to pick out new furniture for them and myself and Steve was Absolutely the right person for the job. He is Knowledgeable and has the Patience of a saint! Great shopping experience and I'd never go any places else.

Doug was one if the best ans professional salesman I have encountered. He was knowledgeable about an array of products and very engaging to the consumer. Salesman such as Doug made the shopping experience an enjoyable and less confusing experience. I would recommend visiting Danbury Connecticut site and asking for his assistance
