Heavy lady at the front was a total B**** Had no compassion that my dog had JUST been dropped off and I didn’t have the fee until payday to bust her out. Totally not her fault our dog broke out our fenced in back yard but she doesn’t have to be so extremely rude to people. After reading some other comments it has to be about the same lady. When I returned after having to break out my husbands emergency credit card thankfully another very much nicer gray haired lady was up there. I just don’t understand why people work in front desk situations when they are so obviously unpleasant

First, this place is a kill shelter. When I lost my cat, I checked here everyday until he was found. I would first look online and then call to give the animal ID number to find out where the cat was located to see if it could possibly be mine. The person who answered the phone was really nasty and acted as though she didn't have time to answer any questions. She was very short, rude, and disrespectful. I only give this place two stars because of the wonderful volunteer who was very nice and took the time to speak with me in the parking lot as she was leaving. She didn't have to do this. She was trying to go home for the evening. However she was kind enough to give me tips to successfully and actively locate my cat. Thanks to this volunteer's advice, I was able to find my baby safe and sound.

We adopted our fur baby here. the people are kind the animals are sweet and the price is reasonable.

I didn’t want to put a star but it made me.. the two lady’s at the front desk is extremely rude..I called ahead of time to ask questions and in the middle of my question she hung up on me.. the one lady laughed in are face when my mom was trying to talk about adop a dog..

Needs improvement. No activity going on. And hear a dog yelping in pain while there. Very eerie.
