Two Men and a Truck

This is the 3rd time I’ve used 2 men and a Truck and they always do a terrific job. The movers go the extra mile to make the move as easy as possible for you. They work quickly and efficiently and are really nice guys. I’m planning a long-distance move and hope to use them again. Can’t go wrong with this company.

I have used Two Men and a Truck every time I moved within the state of Utah except once and I still regret it to this day. It only seemed natural to call Two Men and a Truck to help move my family and I out of state. I called and set up a time for an estimate and the day of, Jack was lost in our trailer park for over 20 minutes and nobody bothered to call to say they were late. Instead, I had to call them and find out what happened and give them the trailer number. With the correct trailer number he still managed to go to the wrong house. He finally arrived and after I showed him around and we talked for a bit he said they could do everything We needed them to do and I put my deposit down after we received our estimate. Fast forward a day or two later, someone in the office has run my card again for another deposit. No help from the office so we had to reach out to Jack who informed us someone in the office didn’t see the note saying it had been paid already and he refunded it immediately. Day of our big out of state move and the guys are late. Nobody called and at this point I’m freaking out. So again I reach out to the office because nobody has bothered to call and she tells me oh they are picking up the truck, it will be 30 minutes. Over 30 minutes passes and I get a call from Michael who will be driving my truck. He apologizes profusely about everything and that he was on his way. He arrived, I showed him everything we were taking and then we did paperwork. After that both guys were really fast and got the job done. Everything arrived in Vegas on time and they packed everything nice and neat into our storage unit. I also didn’t have any issues with the price not staying the same. I paid what I was quoted and for that hard job it was money well spent. I just wish the people in the office had better communication with each other and that they reach out to the customers when things are behind schedule.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We heard such good things about these guys but the Marriott/Slaterville location is horrible and not worth your money. The office people are not friendly and the movers are put out about their job. Even with us being willing to pay plenty of money for the time we needed them, they didn't want to give it to us - even though we asked ahead of time. They were put out and giving us excuses to leave, even though we had painters finishing their work so we could move items in. It only made the already stressful process WORSE! They gave me papers to sign at the end about how they left things and that everything was exactly as it should be - without giving me time to check! Needless to say we were missing a few small parts such as screws and shelf pins. I hate horrible customer service and I hate paying this amount of money for people who hate their job and make sure you, as the customer, know it. We will NEVER use them again. Go somewhere else.

These guys are great! Jack and his crew truly care about the service they provide. Look no further, they will get the job done.

We had these guys move us in 2014. We ended up paying more than what we were quoted and they did notfinish the job when they stated they would. They broke our China and the and end piece to our dresser was broken off, and we never got compensated for any of it. I would NOT recommend this company.
