U-Haul Moving & Storage of Salisbury

The worst, took two trips to the store to cancel after hours of getting bounced around on the phone. Called the local office sitting in the store and watched them not pick up right in front of me. Pay attention to the 1 star reviews. Go to Penske - so much cheaper and WAY better customer service.

Staff is very accommodating, equipment is well kept. Vans and pickup trucks like new. Trailers available, hitches installed.

Ok, as a storage unit they're great but if you're wanting to rent a truck from them be prepared for the run around. They called me and told me they didn't have half of my reservation and no one in 200 miles did. Nope, outright lie. They didn't want to have to clear the snow off it. Their lies caused me to go over on my milage when I had to rent from somewhere else.

Setup up hitch install online next day came in was told they guy that install the hitches isn't in. Call for new appointment everything seems OK I come in for this appointment they don't have record for this install.The man at desk doesn't know if he even has the parts was more concerned about everyone else in the store. This place is a joke and still waiting for a refund from U-haul.
