Need to change their sign to say that they aren't open on monday. Walked clear from Walmart to find out they were closed. Nearly 2 hours wasted...

I use the USPS a LOT...shipping and receiving both domestic and international. I hear horror stories from my friends and clients but can say without a doubt Kelly and his crew are 5 star. They above and beyond on a daily basis for me and when something does go wrong they are right on it. I have even had live birds shipped to me at different times of the year and have never had one fatality. La Grande is a credit to the USPS Just an update. I sit here 8 hours a day 5 days a week and deal with the USPS all over the country and internationally. This is still the best post office...with the best employees I've ever dealt with. Do stuff go wrong..of course. But it's EXTREMELY rare that the fault is with the La Grande PO. I can't fathom why anyone would call one of their employees a "douche". People are new hires....and it takes a long time to learn everything. This is a complex , stressful job. Try to be nice. Maybe they will do better. ;)

Excellent services. Considering the snowfall build-up we had in January, they pushed through it without delays. Always reliable.

La grande post office has a couple of great employees, but also just enough douchebags to make me avoid it at all cost.

Best customer service ever. My package was suppose to have been delivered in La Grande on a Sat. and it had not arrived, but I had lost my tracking number. I called the post office on Monday and they tracked down the driver and found out that he had just delivered the package. Kelly called me back and even told me where it was put and everything. I was very very happy with the way I was treated. Thanks
