I’ve called this Post office twice today stating the key the mailman left for me to get into a larger mail box and remove a package does ”not work”. Both times they stated we will get someone out there to replace key. No one came. No one cared. That’s the saddest part a package that’s very important to you and that you’ve been waiting for, has arrived but you have no access. On top of that when you communicate your issue to the person on the telephone line, they are rude. I’m very sorry you dislike your job and the public.

I always have pretty good friendly service here, but sometimes the wait is just too long. They don't always have enough employees working there and the line grows quick.

I ordered work out pants, and they are a very small parcel instead of putting it in my box for some reason they need a signature. I requested redelivery and 3 days later I still havent gotten a package that arrived 3 days ago. I tried to call and figure it out and the wait time was 30 to 40 minutes. I would much rather work with UPS or FedEx.

Order a gift 17 days ago and now it wount be delivered untill after Christmas because I didn't put it in as a priority. So they pushed all priorities above mine and pretty much told me oh well nothing they can do even tho I ordered that far ahead. That's a good reminder for the future, if the web site shows that it's going through the postal service back out and find it else where.

I've always had fast, friendly service at the Layton post office. They're very helpful, no matter how complicated my postage needs are.
