Was in the hospital over the weekend with the flu and then outpatient in Park City and Salt Lake. When in Thursday morning to pay my PO Box rental (which went up 19%). The attendant said he couldn’t accept my check because the cost went up over the past two days by $30. I said I’d been ill and in the hospital. His response was tough, the new cost is what it is. Is it just me, or is this the kind of service that one would want.

I wish there was another way to get mail but your stuck here. If you pay for overnight or 2 day prepare for a week. They never want to help customers or explain how things work. They just don't care.

Called to have my pkg delivered to the correct address and was told it was taken care of and would be in my PO box later the same day. Went to pick up the pkg later that day to be told it had been sent back to the sender instead.

So my package wasn’t delivered because it was missing my apartment number. I call in and I have the automated system set it to where I just had to go pick up my package. This happened in all a days worth. So I received a confirmation via the automated system and I had a week to pick up my package. I go in the next day to retrieve my package but I’m told that they scanned it and resent it back to the sender. I had a confirmation code from usps themselves but I was pretty much told to go screw my self. Honestly the worst service ever. I’d rather chew off my own foot than depend on these worthless idiots to hold a package for me ever again. This place is in need of new staff and better management. If I could I would give this place zero stars.

I had a package delivered "General Delivery" for the first time ever, and the woman working went above and beyond in helping track it down - and she was so lovely and cheerful throughout the process. I actually felt happier when I left the post office... who knew that was possible?!
