I adopted the most wonderful dog from this shelter. A purebred dog, that is now my sidekick in life! He had his shots, was chipped & neutered. He's a wonderful guard dog & the best dog I've ever adopted! Yolo Animal Services is the best. The staff knowledgeable, and more than helpful. My next rescue will certainly be from them!

We adopted a kitten here recently. The officer and vet on duty were efficient and friendly, and the volunteers in the cat shelter were helpful and knowledgeable.

My dogs were stolen from Natomas 05/16/2017. Yolo county picked them up on a stray call on 08/21/2017. Thanks to them posting photos on Pet Finder we were reunited and were not charged for them to be released from back to us. Thank you so much Yolo county Animal Shelter, are family is so grateful for you.
