Briarcliff Manor

I have lived at Briarcliff Manor for 4 years. My neighbors are great. One of my neighbors will even get my packages that are delivered to me while I work. The apartment is a decent size. The apartment complex is in a wooded area and it is very quiet here. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Not too good - it was expensive (rates were about $685 for a one bedroom which was really small). I had at one point ongrown it and lived with boxes around my bed. You can find similar rates in NYC. Also, I had a noisy neighbor in my building (Building A) so I would NOT recommend living in this building at all. I had filed numerous complaints on this individual on various issues for about six months so it was very frustrating. It was very noisy coming home because there is an individual there that is very noisy, it was hard to sleep or relax. I am now renting a house for $85 cheaper, it is quieter, it is 5x the size, and I am saving money. You will find something better if you look. I wouldn't recommend jumping into anything (especially since it's a year lease and you probably won't be able to get out of it under normal circumstances). If you look around, you will find something better.
