Colonial Heights Apartments

0 Star is what this place deserves. Worst apartment ever. Horrible management. Because of a miscommunication I ended losing over 3,000 which they bullied me into paying just to find out there was another option. Although the Apartment looks ok, you will go crazy with the extra thin walls. I could hear and smell just about everything from next door neighbor. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

The management completely overcharged us when doing move-out inspection. The rent is not worth what you get which is outdated appliances and crappy decks. The buildings constantly smells like cigarettes and weed. I would never live here again.

Not bad, the staff are all wonderful but corporate keeps raising the prices, and for what the apartments are the price is getting ridiculous. They are decent apartments but nothing super fancy. There is a little community park for apartment families but the park needs some updating badly.

After living here I can say I NEVER would again, not worth the money and they are so uptight you can't even walk on the grass!!! The hottub is always broke down! It's a pretty place just not worth it though.

Great place has a nice pool.
