The Northbrook Apartments

I highly recommend Northbrook Apartments. This is my second time living here. I work all over the country and relocate every couple of years. The Rental Rates for quality and amenities are commensurate or lower than the national average. I love the safe clean location and appreciate the professional courteous office staff most notably Natalie and Katie. Jason in maintenance is outstanding and timely if an issue requires his services!

All of the staff at Northbrook Apartments are top notch!! They call you by your name when they see you on the grounds. They are very friendly and personable. Katie Johnson goes above and beyond to accommodate!!

What a Fantastic place to call "home!" The Northbrook features spacious floor plans that are a great value. With amenities like an attached garage, fireplace, washer & dryer, and ceiling fan, this apartment property offers much for discerning consumers. The clubhouse has a great workout area, and pool and play area for the little ones! It's very convenient to get on I-80 to go East or West from here as well. Finally, the staff is fantastic - especially Adam!! I would highly recommend this place for your next home!

I lived here for two and a half years and had a great experience. The apartments and the landscaping are beautiful and since it's located on the outside of lincoln you can see the skyline for miles. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved the swimming pool and even rented the clubhouse for a baby shower. Pet friendly too!

My first apartment in building 3217 was amazing. I left it needing sinks cleaned and that's it and I got only approximately $85 back on deposit. Second apartment was hell. In building 2911/2915 our neighbors above were obscenely loud, neighbors above and to the west smoked pot frequently aggravating my asthma, they don't mention cigarette smoke in the lease and when you tour they will say "their not supposed to smoke in here" but they allow everyone to smoke in their apartment, and gave me the option to transfer to another cip property requiring me to forfeit my deposit and sign another 1 year lease. I stuck it out and only got $100 of my $450 deposit back when my carpet was so thin it cut my my feet more 7 times with the tac strip poking through at the rest room and I got charged an $85 carpet cleaning fee for the carpet needing to be replaced before I moved in. I also got charged $125 painting fee for only leaving a mark where the bed sat and that's it. The other mark was there before we moved in. Very friendly staff but that is the only positive I have to say for my 2 years of experience here. I also hope you enjoy having grass patches longer than 8 inches long (and needing to worry about tics on your dog because of this) and that you enjoy mosquitos because they are everywhere due to the environment around there. Like I said very friendly local staff but beyond that you get completely screwed over
