I love living at Pine Lake Heights! The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. They seem to enjoy their job which makes the office seem more approachable. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The apartments are clean. Neighborhood is safe, buildings are quiet, we rarely hear our neighbors.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. The staff is friendly, knows me by name, takes time to chat whenever I stop in and responds quickly to any need my apartment may have. I appreciate the spacious, comfortable layout of my apartment and being on the bike trail with beautiful nature all around. This is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. It is my happy place!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK THIS COMPLEX. Pine lake heights is amazing. The staff people are probably the nicest to deal with. They will stop what they are doing to figure out how they can help you. Anytime I had an issue (which was not often) the maintenance guys and office staff got the problem handled within a day or so. Are the apartments brand new? No...but I moved to Aventine at wilderness hills because they ARE new, and I clearly made a HUGE mistake letting go of the awesome people running pine lake heights. This place is an honest company, and they truly care about their tenants. I highly recommend this apartment complex. You'll thank me later.

We used to live in a loft house and it's the best. The design is absolutely beautiful with a lake view, spacious walk in closets. We loved the house to the core. They are little old apts, but that's okay ! Staff is very friendly and maintenance is prompt !

I have lived at Pine Lake Heights for 3 years now and have loved it! Maintenance is always quick to fix anything I need, the staff in the leasing office is delightful and very helpful, and the apartments are great! I've lived in quite a few apartments here in Lincoln and this one is by far my favorite. Great job, Pine Lake Heights and CIP--keep up the great work!
