Northridge Heights Apartments

The Property Manager has personally gone out of his way to make us feel accommodated and at home with anything we wanted or needed. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Honestly probably the BEST CIP Property we have ever rented from. 5 Stars!

I've lived here for 2 years and I've had the worst experience overall. They don't care about the cleanliness of the community. I even spoke to the staff and manager Josh. None of them really cared about the situation. The whole walkway is dirty and every time they come to clean on Wednesdays, they never clean it good. I've never had a day gone by without seeing garbage on the walkways. I'm moving right when my lease finishes.

The summer of 2015 was great here, but as time went on, there was a drastic increase of police activity on site. Someone came into our apartment while we were home, and took a wedding picture. That scared us. The rent is very expensive for what you get. Other apartments nearby are nicer and less expensive. EDIT: In regards to the reply below, we did inform the main office twice, once after the picture was taken, and then after there were repeated attempts to get into our apartment by jiggling the door/doorknob.

I moved into a 3 bedroom with some roommates, who ended up screwing me over. So, now, 6 months later, I am able to do the smooth move process. I have been meeting with all of the staff regularly, bothering them non-stop about different apartments and such, and finally settled after all this time on a new one. They've been extremely helpful, and honest. They didn't misinform me at all, but made sure I was made to know exactly what was going on. So thank you to all of the Northridge staff, I'll be happy to stay here for another year- or more.
