Tanglewood Apartments

I've had great luck with both the leasing office and the maintenance staff! Very professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are always completed within a day or two, and some times the same day. My cat can verify that this complex is definitely not overrun with mice!

We loved here for 1 year. The leasing office staff are very kind and helpful. The two swimming pools are amazing. The 24/7 little gym is very convenient. The maintenance staff are professional. Location is great with Target and Super Savor being close and Bus #44 stops next to the leasing office. I do recommend Tanglewood Apartments.

Worst apartments I’ve lived in. The girls in the leasing office always have an attitude, especially Megan. ALWAYS maintenance issues. Nobody ever picks up their dog poop. Never have hot water, can barely take a 5 minute shower most days. Brown recluse spiders everywhere in the summer. The walls leak water, Window leaks when it rains. When I first moved in the carpet in the closet and dining area were completely soaked, they ripped up the carpet and let it dry then didn’t even put it back together or staple it down. Black mold in the shower. Poor snow removal in the winter. Parking is a nightmare. Our neighbors across the hall heavily smoke cigarettes and marijuana, have complained multiple times and Megan said there’s nothing they can do about it. The smells gets into our apartment. Very run down outdated apartments for the high prices you pay. Do not live here. They have also contacted me to take this review down. they want the truth hidden in the dark

I've been living here for 2 years now. Had some problems with brown spiders in the summer. But overall was great. Location is awesome. Maintaines are fast and on time.I guess the experiecnce really depends on your choice of the room and your neighbours in the building.

Hands down the best location for me, I rarely venture further than a few block radius! The staff has always been helpful and fast. I have and will continue to refer this place to anyone looking for an apartment!
