Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made my reservation online, called a few days before. I was assured all was ok. I was dropped off and when i went inno was tokd my out of state drivers liscence wouldnt work. The blonde.bimbo behind the counter informed me when i called to confirm, she didnt actually open my reaervation and look at my Dl. I'm an amputee and i was left stranded there but she didn't care.

I made my reservation online. I called several day before my reservation. I asked the desk help what all i needed. I showed up and she refused to rent me a car. She informed me they did not rent to people with an out of state dl. I was left stranded. I have an amputated calf and she didnt care ar all i was left stranded. She informed me she never looked at my reservation and didn't realize my liscense was out of state.

The girl that rented me the car was very helpful and easy to do business with which I believe was also the manager but the office was very dirty and unkept and the bathroom was 10 times more disgusting. I felt like I needed to take a bath in hand sanitizer after using it. This is a perfect example of the younger generation not doing any more work than they half to in today’s society. If you are not renting cars, grab a toilet brush, clean the bathroom, and take out the dang trash. Then go back to practicing your put-put golf. Thanks

Excellent customer service, just sucks that the girl was by herself so I could hardly contact her for information.

Great experience. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. My family and I walked in and was set up with a vechicle to meet our needs with out a reservation.
