Budget Car and Truck Rental

I've rented almost 1,000 cars in the past 30 years and this was the worst experience I ever had. When I arrived they had no cars available that I ordered. The agent said she "upgraded" me to an SUV--so small that I could only get luggage in by putting the back seat down--which meant I couldn't take both luggage and passengers. She said they have one car, but I'd have to pay 45% more than my reservation. Total ripoff!

Helpful staff, short lines, easy security. Very small airport so not many amenities, and I didn't check for wi-fi but I doubt it's free.

Over all it a alright airport other than the old lady at flight gate that's had her job for way to long mean old lady about reined my already dreadful day....
