I am yet to rent from here and receive the class of car which I reserve. every single time I have visited I have had issues with the rental and they do not go above and beyond to assist. This location is not owned by the national franchise and therefore I feel is authorized to deliver sub part service.

Picked up a last minute 12 passenger van for a youth trip to MO. Agent was extremely helpful. Van was great.
