Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I came, I saw, I conquered... Chase made this as enjoyable as could be. Rented a Nissan Rogue, then drove to Duluth MN. 24 hours driving. This Rogue was about as comfortable as possible given the time spent in it. And return was less than 10 minutes. Keep up the great work guys.

They are usually good but the last time I rented I had to change the tire. They gave me the run around held on to my deposit, refused to prove how much the tire cost. I called the tire place and their estimate was no where close to my deposit. Will use another company in future.

We have been renting from Enterprise for years. The customer service is always good at this location. I really loved the fact that I mentioned to Rebecca on one occasion that my husband preferred a Toyota or a Ford Fusion over a Chevy Cruz, she had a Toyota ready for us our last rental. I feel that the staff has always made an effort to accommodate us. They always provide us with very friendly service. Kudos to Stephanie and her branch staff. Keep up the good work and you will keep getting our service.

Pick up my vehicle the vehicle was very dirty on the outside had not been washed so as they was getting it clean I asked to use them facilities in the business and found out that it was very very dirty in the restrooms and walking out to the back like it was very unkept I did not take too well with that needs to be clean
