Avis Car Rental

We were needing to get a car on short notice to drive to Akron OH and I called and spoke with Morgan at Avis and she made the whole process a breeze. She was off work by the time we got there to get the car but i believe his name was Ryan that was working, he picked up where she left off and again, everything was so simple. Such polite, professional staff that worked to help make my situation easier. Will definitely use Avis again!!

Very nice. Just rented a standard car while we were having some work done on the family car. I wasn't paying that much attention to the weather, but they must have been, because instead of the standard, they gave me a SUV with all wheel drive. The next night and day there were icy snow packed roads. My wife was able to take the kids safely to school and back when most of the schools in the area were closed. Got the car back safe and sound, and easiest check in there is.. Go Avis

I returned the car 47 minutes late and what supposed to be a $ 30 bill for one day of rental turned into a $ 82+ just for passing 47 minutes on my return time. They are basically charging me for another day of rental but they kept the car and I can't even use it for one more day no more because I checked it in already and they won't let me take it for one more day even though they charged me already for an extra day of rental. This is "legally" stealing. Never again!!!

Easy pick up and drop off even at 4:30am in the morning. Mobile app is also great.

After a long flight and travelling with a family of five, we walked right into Avis and they had our keys and vehicle waiting! We arrived at our destination far earlier than expected because of the efficiency of Avis.
